Cultural Resource Navigation

Our specialized cultural resource navigation teams support linguistically diverse individuals and families in accessing services and resources in healthcare, preschool and K-12 enrollment, transportation, and public benefits. This includes coordinating discharge planning and treatment plan compliance for hospitalized patients and outpatients who speak a range of non-English languages, supporting immigrant and refugee families in enrolling in child care, school, and public benefits, and sharing multilingual virus prevention and other public health outreach with diverse audiences at community events.
