Spring Institute’s Adult Education & Career Pathways program supports learners through welcoming classes and individualized career coaching.

Spring Institute has been providing English language training since 1979. We offer community-based English classes and career pathway programs for immigrant and refugee adults across the Denver metro area. Our approach goes beyond traditional ESL by combining language learning with community engagement, career exploration, and partnerships with local organizations and employers.

We believe that when New Americans have the tools to advance in their careers, entire families and communities thrive. Our programs are rooted in trust, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to supporting each participant’s goals and potential.

What We Offer

Community-Based English Classes

Classes are designed around real-world settings like work and the community. Our highly knowledgeable and caring instructors tailor their teaching to accommodate different language proficiencies and educational levels. 

  • Enrollment is limited. 
  • Priority is given to learners in close proximity to our in-person class locations (Northwest Aurora).
  • Learners must be available to attend 70% of classes.
  • We do not offer beginning literacy level classes at this time.

Customized English Training

Customized English classes are designed in collaboration with employers, school districts, and training providers to meet the specific needs of the partner. These classes support employees in retention, safety, and upskilling.
